Natural toxins can cause a variety of adverse health effects and pose a serious health threat to both humans and livestock. Some of these toxins are extremely potent. Adverse health effects can be acute poisoning ranging from allergic reactions to severe stomachache and diarrhoea, and even death. Long-term health consequences include effects on the immune, reproductive or nervous systems, and also cancer.

只能去吃人造三文鱼了
人们都注意不到它的存在;但扁豆中的凝集素如果生吃或者欠火候会引起食物中毒甚至死亡;部分人对花生过敏也基本是凝集素导致的。
把食物做熟基本上灭活这种蛋白,就没什么问题。我也见过同事生吃扁豆,个体差异,不能推广套用。
