想请教一下有关青霉素过敏问题：二十多年前在中国青霉素皮试过敏，当时没有注射青霉素，而是用红霉素代替。以后就再没有注射过青霉素或其他类抗生素，但好像吃过阿莫西林，记不太清楚了。前段时间需要吃抗生素，只能用四环素代替阿莫西林，但是副作用太大，一个月后还有后遗症。所以就让家庭医生联系了测试过敏，测试诊所发来的信息是：“Testing for penicillin allergy involves skin tests. If they show no reaction, this is strong evidence against serious allergy. However, we confirm that by oral challenge with a dose of penicillin and a period of observation of one hour.”
“But just because you were told you had a penicillin allergy, or had one in the past, does not mean you have one now. People with a penicillin allergy history have their allergy disproved with allergy testing more than 90% of the time.”

问题来了，我本来想这么多年过去了，再做一次青霉素皮试过敏测试，如果不过敏了，以后就可以用青霉素了，我的家庭医生也是这么说的。可我好朋友的医生弟弟说，国内大医院对于注射青霉素很严的，一旦有过敏历史，终身不再用青霉素。一般人每次注射青霉素前，都要做皮试的。注射不同批次的青霉素都要做皮试的。我的家庭医生和中国的医生说法差别怎么这么大呢？不知道各位有没有类似的经历可以分享一下呢？

随着年龄的增大，以后用抗生素的时候会更多。我实在是太想能够再用青霉素了，因为吃四环素的时候，医生就说它的效果不如青霉素好，副作用也比青霉素大。
医生不太会开青霉素
查了一下，青霉素皮试也是有些风险的，最坏情况的反应是有生命危险的。
敏就是过敏，不想把自己放在risky 上。

我也是20年前在国内做了一次皮试，说有可能过敏。后来到美国住院生小孩的时候，医生问我是否有过敏，我说青霉素。从此这个过敏就进了系统，有次有个医生跟我说，青霉素非常好用，关键时候可以救你一命，如果不是很确定过敏，应该做一下测试。我去过敏医生那里做了测试，结论是不过敏，我的记录也改了，从此可以用了。
