我这星期去看医生了， 爬上来再咨询一下我下一步应该如何，顺便吐槽一下密西根的医疗。：-）
上次查B超，显示“Hypoechoic nodular （measuring up to 1.7 cm） finding lateral segment left hepatic lobe. Does not reflect a cyst by strict ultrasound criteria. Indeterminate.” Radiologist 建议是做CT进一步检查。
这星期我打电话给上次的physician问情况， 他没有和我follow up。于是我就打印了B超和验血结果去看了另一个internal Medicine 的医生。这位医生说：我的肝没问题，没到5cm 不用担心，Radiologist总是大惊小怪， 根据我的Glucose 90； Hemoglobin A1c 4.9 ， 我也没有糖尿病； 体重下降太快，是吃得太少
， 等等...。在我的一再坚持下， 她让我查了血，（AFP, 和Hepatitis B&C antibody), 但她不让我做MRI，说保险不一定cover. 另外，她不能解释我的右上腹隐痛问题， 和饭（水果）后血糖高问题；不愿意refer 我去看肝胆专科医生， 也不让我查cancer panel。
我的AFP, 和Hepatitis B&C antibody 血检结果出来都是正常的，请教各位达人：
1） 我还需要自己去约肝胆专科医生吗？
2） 我右上腹肝区会隐痛和不适， 该怎么破？尤其是饭后， 同时嘴里发苦， 有时有辣的感觉； 早起空腹时， 肝区和 嘴里感觉正常，但舌胖大，暗淡， 有齿痕， 同时舌布满白苔后黄腻。
我两年前国内查B超说有胆囊小息肉， 这次B超没有显示息肉和结石。
再次谢谢各位热心建议，希望将来我也能报之以琼瑶。
有些保险可以直接看专科.如不是乙/丙肝携带者.那1.7cm还需每年观察.5cm-10cm(瘤或囊肿)看压迫周围情况考虑手术.
美国医生培训分的很细,专科都需要另外加几年再培训.建议看专科做一下MRI,核磁更精准,也有个病史记录方便以后对照尺寸变化.核磁检查后要一张复制的CD.
专科医生如能直接调到B超成像,帮你在电脑上看一下更好,专科看成像更拿手.肝不好会影响胆固醇,血糖...

另外，美国好像不会给你查cancer panel，不是因为cost，而是意义不大，太不准。

之前做了Ultrasound, 血检, stomach empyting test, HIDA test (测胆囊功能)。今年一月份做了增强CT。今年一月份因为别的症状做了增强CT和胃镜。所有的检查都没有问题。这些都是肠胃科医生给开的。
