Natto, a traditional Japanese fermented soybean food, is well known to be nutritious and beneficial for health. In this study, we examined whether natto impairs infection by viruses, such as severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) as well as bovine herpesvirus 1 (BHV-1). Interestingly, our results show that both SARS-CoV-2 and BHV-1 treated with a natto extract were fully inhibited infection to the cells. We also found that the glycoprotein D of BHV-1 was shown to be degraded by Western blot analysis and that a recombinant SARS-CoV-2 receptor-binding domain (RBD) was proteolytically degraded when incubated with the natto extract. In addition, RBD protein carrying a point mutation (UK variant N501Y) was also degraded by the natto extract. When the natto extract was heated at 100 C for 10 min, the ability of both SARS-CoV-2 and BHV-1 to infect to the cells was restored. Consistent with the results of the heat inactivation, a serine protease inhibitor inhibited anti-BHV-1 activity caused by the natto extract. Thus, our findings provide the first evidence that the natto extract contains a protease(s) that inhibits viral infection through the proteolysis of the viral proteins.
探讨食用纳豆对抗新冠病毒
纳豆是日本的一种发酵大豆食品,营养丰富,有益健康。前一段时间,日本民众发现生产并食用纳豆的一个县的人群几乎没有人感染新冠,于是纷纷抢购纳豆,几乎全民吃纳豆。日本的新冠确诊人数从8月份的每日2万5千多骤降至现在的每日200多。日本研究发现,在Delta变异毒株基因组中,一种名为“nsp14”的酶发生了变异,导致病毒无法及时完成修复,从而导致病毒自杀。为什么Delta病毒只在日本有这种自杀现象而没有发生在其他国家呢?会不会与全民吃纳豆有关?
日本的另一项研究发现,用纳豆提取物处理新冠病毒SARS-CoV-2后完全抑制了病毒对细胞的感染,发现重组 SARS-CoV-2 受体结合域 (RBD) 在与纳豆提取物作用时被蛋白水解降解。此外,携带点突变的RBD蛋白(英国变体N501Y)也被纳豆提取物降解。因此证明纳豆提取物的蛋白酶通过病毒蛋白的蛋白水解作用抑制病毒感染。Delta病毒的自杀现象会不会是因为纳豆含有的蛋白酶引起新冠病毒复制紊乱而导致的呢?
纳豆在中国有另外一个名字,就是淡豆豉,我们做菜用的是咸豆豉。淡豆豉是一种常用的中药,著名的治瘟疫古方银翘散就有这味药。淡豆豉具有解表,除烦,宣郁,解毒之功效。用于伤寒热病,头痛,烦躁,胸闷。常与葱白同用,可用于风寒感冒初起,恶寒发热、无汗、头痛、鼻塞等症。我们的老祖宗一早就知道纳豆可以治疫病。
其实我们平常用豆豉炒菜都会有一些防疫的功效。万一染疫,立刻用葱白豆豉煮热汤喝(太咸的豆豉宜用水冲一冲去盐分),再盖上被子捂出一身汗,很可能就把新冠给截住了,不往深处发展。纳豆的提取物纳豆激酶是一种可以买到的补充品,通常用于降血脂,有很好的溶血栓作用,新冠一个致命的症状就是血栓,它对防治新冠应会起到作用。有的时候,不起眼的东西就是救命之宝。一物降一物,有一物存在,必有一物相克。豆豉也许就是新冠病魔的大克星!

煮熟了什么酶活性都没了。 一般而言,蛋白进入消化道后就会失活。对纳豆而言,也许能有少量活性物进入血液;但煮熟后就什么酶活性都没有了。

朋友用纳豆泡酒, 喝了一年, 眼见着身子骨一天天硬朗起来, 酒喝完了, 煮豆吃, 怎们嚼不动, 一看全是塑料的。
家里没黄豆,晚上吃完饭去买。

纳豆又不是什么昂贵东西,制作逼真的塑料纳豆成本更高呢!:)
2,论功效,从科学角度2者发酵菌种不同其结果会大不同;这两样食物我都吃过,从中医治病的四气五味 ,2者也大不同,无论哪个方面都讲不通啊。 吃纳豆与豆豉能对抗新冠病毒?反正我是无法相信。
中国超市买的泰国黑米,有问题,吃完肚子不舒服,正好吃了一勺纳豆,因该有效。
买黑米的同时还买了小米,发现小米有虫子,拉网了,立即退了,那时二周前的事。二种不同的东西,包装袋上的保质期是同一天,很值得怀疑!!!今天会把泰国黑米退了,再不会去这家中国超市买任何东西了。我本来也很少去,为了买黏米做南瓜饼,没看到粘米,就顺手买了黑米小米和小红豆。
我今天会自制一些纳豆,吃一段时间,我再来汇报。
这么难吃的东西,人们在吃,一定有吃它的好处。建议你也去买,咱们一起试验。
晚饭前,有点胀肚,吃了一勺纳豆,几个小时后好了。临睡前,看到了桌上诱人的粥(黑米,干龙眼,绿豆,鲜玉竹,南瓜),吃了一碗,立即肚子疼,我就把开封后的纳豆都吃了,以毒攻毒,全拉出去了,然后上床睡觉,一宿没事。
除了黑米,玉竹也值得怀疑,可能太多了。
