如题，之前从来没遇到过…收到存款银行的对账单，当中有一笔扣款叫SAV Decease Federal Back up W/H……查了一下给的说法是The Internal Revenue Service notifies a taxpayer when that person is subject to backup withholding. When a customer informs the bank that they are subject to backup withholding, the bank is required to withhold a portion of the interest earned and send it to the IRS. 有没有懂的大神告诉我，是什么意思？是不是IRS盯上我了，还是我的存款超过一定数额就会触发这个动作？我每年报税都找的CPA，应该不会有问题…..
