Make up artist

近期需要参加一个活动，我老公给我们找了个老美的make up artist, $200/人，也没跟我说，我觉得贵了，想自己找，但是人家说不退，只给credit, 有什么办法吗？

用debit卡付的, 而且她的发票上写的是Payment is transferable in the case of needing to reschedule but non refundable.
