Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework in early childhood education is a plus. * Previous experience working in a daycare or educational setting with young children. * Understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with children. * CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Any additional relevant certifications in early childhood education would be advantageous.
