- 聆听客户需求,判断客户所需要的服务,并提供相应的专业解答
- 及时为客户提供相应的信用卡处理解决方案,将客户交谈信息录入管理系统
- 协助客户关于账户风险保障的咨询和要求,包括资金入账和客户赖账问题
- 处理延迟到账或扣款失败的问题
- 协助销售人员处理客户要求,并为销售人员提供售后服务政策
- 为客户和Priority Payment System 或 FirstData 服务中心担当口译,为客户解决入账及终端系统问题
- 处理服务故障及客户投诉,并跟踪解决进度
- 为技术部提供技术支持,并解决客人使用刷卡机时出现的技术问题
职位要求:
- 本科及以上学历
- 口语流利,有出色的沟通和表达能力(此工作需要与美国英语客服有直接交流)
- 具备专业的客户服务意识和团队合作精神
- 勤奋善于学习,工作态度积极,有责任心、细心、耐心
- 抗压能力强,善于沟通,观察力强,善于发现问题、解决问题
- 有客户服务方面经验者优先录用
