Our growing computer business is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to new and existing customers. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
-Generate new sales leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking -Educate customers on our products and services and effectively communicate their value proposition -Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets -Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling -Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction -Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and customer support, to achieve company goals
Requirements:
-2 years of experience in inside sales or a related field -Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in spoken and written English -Strong organizational and time management skills -Knowledge of computer hardware and software products preferred -Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools -Flexible and logical thinking, sharp market analysis ability, good at solving various business problems -Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
