Seller 要求sold as is . 但我不想。 中介推荐写下面这句话，觉得不合适。想拿回一些credits. 这样写会不会不好？ 怎么写比较好，townhouse来的

我正在卖一个townhouse，的确只接无条件购买的offer

人家都要求as is, 你验不验都一样，卖家都表明什么都不会修。現在是你要不要買

现在卖房的都这么牛？希望能保持到将来我们卖房那天

转身把seller告了，让他房子不能继续卖，最后损失还是seller多。

很难 现在seller一个个都牛 最好你什么都不要求才会accept offer
