那些中国的第三方卖家相当不靠谱,简直骗子。 记得前几年我也买过一个跑步机,几个月就不能用了, 我首先通过亚马逊联系了卖家,然后卖家就给我他们的email叫我跟他直接联系,然后接下来就是各种借口各种骗(连疫情都被他们拿来当借口),一个月了什么都没解决,真是把我气炸了。 最后我打电话给亚马逊客服, 亚马逊最终退钱給我了。客服说卖家直接联系我已经违法规定了。
email雖然是amazon寫過來給LZ的
但其實裡面有4 parties
1) LZ
2) Amazon
3) LZ用的CC Company
4) 賣家
amazon不會直接退錢給LZ
要也是CC退錢
LZ兩邊都要討說法對於amazon跟CC來說是兩邊都要討錢回來
現在應該只focus對CC討錢回來
然後對amazon report這個賣家很不誠實
當LZ走A-Z流程的時候amazon就大機率把錢退回給CC了
