前年因为自己报税出了问题 就去了HR block 报税
去年报税+前年的amended return 一共花了600多今年老公又去了HR block
据老公说 工作人员完全没有报价 直接开始报税 完了之后告诉我老公费用650刀
因为需要4000多补税就仔细看了一下报税的详情 才发现非常低级的错误居然把wages也给弄错了 第一时间联系了工作人员 工作人员完全无道歉就说重新修改好了让我老公再review一次 这次发现只要补税700多 前后差距3000多！！然后递交了了州税和联邦税
回家后越想越不对 觉得发生这种错误太不应该了 又重新看了一下税单 发现股票也搞错了
我们发邮件问其原因
结果对方说要我老公再去review一次
我们要求退款
对方终于道歉并且要求再次review
我们表示已经无法信任要求退款
对方要求review。。。。
请问大家有遇到类似的问题吗？怎么处理？
