涨工资不是说涨就涨,理由不能是“我看别人都涨了“我觉得我拿少了” 等等这些主观理由,而是要有逻辑有依据的列举我自上次定工资到现在给公司做了什么新贡献,来证明我是值得这个更高的薪水的。同时放低姿态陈述自己生活上真的合理开销的经济压力大,有这个实质需求,为的是感性上拉一点对方同理心同情心。
其次,要求涨薪水这个事,不要打无把握之仗。一定是你自己有这个信心,有这个底气对方会答应,才提出来,要是其实连自己也总结不出做了什么贡献而值得更高的工资,那就还是本本份份的工作,或考虑跳槽。
最后要留意的是,要向对的人提出这个要求,一定得是能拿主意的人,别上报错了人然后对方一句要问其他xxx的意见把球踢走,变成这个事尴尴尬尬,或是不了了之,就不好了。

这个要查一下你的行业的市场价,这个要自己想好直接说给他们你的要求。不能只说想涨,而不说涨多少。还是那个意思,一定要有说一个有把握的而且是在合理范围内,对方9成9会接受的一个价格。特别忌讳说太高,让对方觉得是狮子大开口就不好了。说太低又没有必要。
估计一下你现在的薪水,和其他比你高一级的人的大概薪水,不可能涨工资涨到比你职位还高的人上面。
