请教一下各位大佬，作为EXEMPT公司行政人员，这个条款是不是正常的？多谢。
As an exempt employee, you will not be entitled to overtime pay, and your salary is intended to cover all hours
worked including any hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a workweek or overtime as otherwise
mandated by state law.

正常，因为你们的职业年薪比hourly worker 高。记得紐約的好像四萬多以上都算入exempt employee

之前是exempt时没有overtime
请假2个小时以内也算8个小时的工资

exempt是没有加班费的。但是要看你在哪个州，什么专业，像加州就对不同专业的exempt有最低工资限制的。
