这情况怎样礼貌的给同事发邮件？

我邮件问了同事一个问题，问某个公司需要的东西是不是她买的，因为我们要确认这个，她说不是，但是根据公司文件的记录，那个东西就是她买的，因为我查到有有她买的记录。怎样发英文邮件让她第二次确认？我写了个邮件草稿：According to our xx document, the buyer is you.Can you please double check？但是觉得这样说话有点直接，大家能否帮我修改下，谢谢

你这个语气和方式，别人肯定不舒服了，少用can，尽量用would you please，要说，our records indicate。。。然后说，it happens xxx，would you please let me know xxx， but feel free to let me know xxxx

问同事而已又不是好朋友。在工作上你应该保持工作态度一视同仁。直接问就可以。对方不是你的客人。你需要核实。对方就要给你确切的答复
