工作职责: Coordinate all aspects of recruitment, including job postings, developing and utilizing screening processes effectively, sourcing recruitment methods, interviewing candidates, making appropriate candidate selections and providing employment offers. Provide Managers/Supervisors with support and guidance on employee coaching and corrective action. Assist in warehouse implementation of company policies and procedures. Partner with Union Representative on Union related issues. Provide HR support to union and non-union employees. Employee Relations Process bi-weekly payroll for two companies. Provide a resource for employees to turn to for guidance and direction, and to resolve any issues they may be having with other employees or their supervisor. Benefits Administration Safety compliance, training, and enforcement Hiring, terminations, disciplinary action Unemployment claims, appeals etc Employee Relations Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is required
