到时候他们住在里面 你赶不走,那就不光是花点钱了,还有浪费精力,头疼死。你站在卖家角度,她们不签合同,不付钱,不维修,原因就是他们也不确定什么时候自己会走,再就是他们认准了,只要住在里面,你没办法赶走它们,拖你个半年一年,不给租金,你照样没有办法。他们原本的意图就是耍赖,人品有问题。不要跟无赖做生意,远离小人。
我第一次买住房也是,感觉自己刚需,感觉好多人在跟我抢房子,感觉不买就涨价了,不买就永远买不到好房子了。就是因为自己着急,后来房子买的价钱有点高,利率也高。 我要是再多看看,一定有更好的选择。
