问题是我一直困惑的是，牛奶有个SELL BY 日期然后就没有任何过期日期了。。所以我每次就是按照SELL BY 日期往前面算几天我开始喝这个牛奶。。。我一直认为SELL BY 那天是过期日子。。。但是又觉得不对啊，牛奶SELL BY 那天打开是不是 还可以喝2-3天。。。。关键这个牛奶上面没有过期日子。。。哎。。好困惑啊啊啊

Sell by date跟expiration，best before不一样，家里有钱的随便扔，没钱跟我一样的别丢，别浪费吃了不会有事。

是的，3~5可以喝的，牛奶坏了会有酸味，打开闻闻就知道了。
Costco面包bagel一大捆两三天就到sell by了，全扔那得累死了。
