关于联邦工作的测谎

最近在申请联邦的工作岗位，相关需要中有一条是要测谎。本来不怎么担心的，但在 reddit 上看到各种留言，才发现在这一步上淘汰率居然巨高…有人说诚实就好，有人说其实测的不是谎，是生理反应…越看越慌…

请问坛子里有没有经历过测谎的亲？有没有什么经验能分享一下，谢谢
