我由于个人原因不得不搬家lease是到2021年8月份，11月1日即可入住，走leasing office正规的流程这样对你更有保障。1B1B的房型特别抢手近几个月都没有available的不信你去问问，studio很鸡肋千万别住，这个房子是我精挑细选的，房间特别大，高档公寓有洗碗机，厨房还有个大理石台面很大可以看书工作也可以吃饭我个人特别喜欢，上面全是实木的一堆壁橱反正我自己挺能买的也空了一半。一体的大型洗衣机和烘干机就在洗手间里，设计的非常好，浴缸很大泡澡也舒服，洗手台不是那种小小的是一大张可以摆下你所有的护肤品化妆品还有抽屉。而且这间房子卧室对着院子里没有噪音，卧室超级大可以摆下两个king size的床毫不夸张，窗户也大大的，衣柜虽然不是walk in的但是那种镶嵌在墙里的绝对够用了。
旁边就是高速和各种大公司办公处特别方便去法拉盛50分钟去stamford就20分钟而且环境更安静更好，停车在车库里还是免费，它也可以reserve但我觉得没必要花那个钱。小区管理每个月40，垃圾费每个月20， 可以最多养2只猫，但需要先交250 每只猫每个月还要35。。。
