岗位职责: 三个月的试用期时间,在仓库中轮岗,学习仓库的基本操作流程 通过试用期后,会分配到不同的地区和工作岗位上 工作统筹安排,组内员工的排班、到岗点名、绩效考核和新员工的培训等 保障入库完成率、及时率和准确率,来货异常情况及时沟通反馈 负责入库区域5S维护 督促组员严格遵守公司各项管理制度,确保安全作业,做好各位收货上架设备的维护和保养以及充电
岗位要求: 专科及以上学历 能够同时具备良好的英文听说读写能力
有大型跨境电商或海外仓立体仓库管理工作经验(1年及以上) 能够熟练操作叉车等仓库作业设备 熟练使用office等办公软件 具备良好的沟通管理能力,能够组织协调入库组的各项工作 熟练使用WMS等仓储管理系统,对入库流程有较好的理解 具备较强的责任心和团队精神,吃苦耐劳,能承受一定工作压力 在美国有合法工作身份(该职位不sponsor H1B或其他身份)
