Check with the lender to see if they can expedite the process or at least an estimate date. If shouldn't take very long unless the lender find issues with your documentation or credit. Or things get delayed due to COVID19. If that's the case, negotiate with the seller for an extension because new potential buyers would probably end up with the same problem.

也要看合同里怎么说的。如果银行拒绝后拿拒批信给卖家,一般就可以拿回钱了。这个是为什么会有这个contingency。
