Internship: Product Operations Intern Location: New York, NY Our comapny is a division of CoCreativ and looking for a passionate B2B focus product operations Intern to join our Product Management team. This role will join the part of a dynamic and fast product team which includes learning about the product, working with other product managers and focusing on developing smaller features and supporting basic operations to launch product functionality.
As a Product operations Intern, you will work with product managers, engineers, marketing and client services to develop the leading platform and make it even better. You will get to learn thethe feature or product mission including how to define and develop innovative creative collaboration solutions serving the worldwide marketing content production market. You will be part of the team developing our SaaS product lines and new product development.
Product Operations Goals Work with Product Managers to learn about the Product. Learn how Feature development is done in a SCRUM environment and roadmap development. Learn what the feature is needed and document what steps need to happen for you to be successful in completing the feature development Work with PM’s to find developers to make tools to help in launching the feature. Conduct strong operations processes which is jointly developed with PM’s to develop features and identify any issues or pending items left. Understand what error scenarios are there. Document the errors and seek guidance from engg and PM to solve the errors. Present the process after completion as part of closing the learnings from the Internship to the entire team.
Requirements Graduate degree in business, computer science or information systems Eagerness to learn Have basic experience in SQL or other query language tools
