Job Responsibilities: Create product specifications based on customer and marketing requirements Design, CAD modeling, documentation and assembly of mechanical components and assemblies Assemble, align, and test mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies Working with, and providing input to, outsourced mechanical design firms, and or contract manufacturers is a plus Interaction with purchasing and manufacturing Interaction with the customers on drawing submittals and requested information
Job Requirements: Two years’ experience with the mechanical design responsibilities listed above Familiar with CAD design software Familiarity with common engineering materials, finishes and fabricating techniques is expected Good communication skills and possess a winning team attitude Ability and skills necessary to assemble, align, and test mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies
