He told me that alot of lockbox support locations are backlogged and some employees had got fired. Not sure the reason. When they open up on the 4th, things should start moving along. If you haven't received your extension at the 30 day mark, send an email to lock support and make sure you receive an automatic message back from them that they received it. This will be evidence that you sent them a message. Unfortunately, he said it may take a couple months to receive them and the Dallas, Tx lockbox support system is one of them behind on extensions. If I hear any news or my husband receives his extension, I will let you know asap. Also, you can call for an infopass appointment when USCIS opens up on the 4th.
