关于申请FASFA的问题

Student college grant and scholarship aid reported to the IRS in your income.
请问大家，我在填写学校FASFA的时候遇到这条问题，我的scholarships or grants少于qualified tuition and related expenses，我是不是应该填0？谢谢！！
