We are looking for an energetic individual who is passionate about their career. Corporate Ewaste Solutions is an industry leader in providing electronic recycling and IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) services to that meet our client’s environmental sustainability needs. As the first point of contact representing the company, the Business Development/Sales Representative will properly identify and address customer needs. You will build sales by engaging and building relationships with new and existing clients.  This could include personally completing the sale or professionally transitioning the customer to the appropriate group or entity. The Business Development/Sales Representative will acquire new clients while assisting the Director of Operations and COO in devising new sales pipelines to support the sales team and increase potential sales. The successful representative is already motivated, able to focus and work well under direction, or independently as needed.

General Duties/Responsibilities:

Generate Recyclables & ITAD services by:

·         Prospecting and Identifying members of the company’s target audience
·         Targeting various sized accounts for strategic penetration for our recycling services and end-of-life electronic processing
·         Independently calls potential clients or setting up in-person meetings targeting representatives to discuss potential opportunities to generate product, program, and consulting services.
·         Client contact through email, telephone, and in person interactions.
·         Effectively follow up on opportunities while Creating and maintaining continuous active account growth.
·         Understanding of current market conditions along with the customer/vendor base and their availabilities and requirements.
·         Develop and update knowledge of key competitors and industry trends and assist in effectively positioning the company's approach andq services
·         Ability to draft pricing proposals for new business opportunities.
·         Negotiate with customers/clients to close sales while maintaining appropriate business margins.
·         Represent company at trade shows as well as other meetings to promote company and our services/products.
·         Supports the maintenance of firm CRM database – input and update investor contact information, meeting notes, and investment preferences
·         Supports the creation of new sales and marketing materials such as proposals, brochures, handouts, and pitch books for institutional investment products and services

Skills/Qualifications:

·         1-3 years of new business development sales experience, with technology or recycling industry a plus
·         Strong prospecting skills
·         Strong problem solving & decision-making skills
·         Ability to follow best practices
·         Proven experience in identifying new business opportunities
·         Proficiency negotiating and closing complex sales contracts
·         Team player who can also produce independent results
·         Strong communication proficiency (Verbal and Written)
·         Strong research skills utilizing the internet and other available sales tools
·         Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
·         Good customer service skills
·         Motivated and energetic individuals able to work in a fast-paced environment
·         Desire to grow within the company
·         Ability to think dynamically and analytically about how to optimize status quo while incorporating new technologies
·         Ability to travel
