Operation/Communication Team
· Coordinating venues, and supplies for several events
· Planning, coordination, and execution of all types of events
· Managing event timelines, working directly with our team to plan
· Develop partnerships with Hospitals, Medical Schools, Research labs and independent physicians, and maintain sustainable relationships with them
· Utilize various connections to seek remote diagnose, overseas medical treatments, and overseas medical training clients;
· Serve as a liaison between business partners, clients, and the company, work with internal teams in coordinating customer service, ensure business retention through excellent customer care
· All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or recent graduates
· Strong internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to carry out assigned projects to completion
