还不确定呢，意思就是任何签证的中国公民在宣布之日起可以不用离境且可以申请EAD、SSN而且不与签证目的冲突
如果是学生签，不需要办cpt什么的也可以直接申请ssn吗？
如果颁布TPS的话就是是个中国人就可以拿EAD啊，但就是还没有颁布不知道会不会颁布
