Before you try to negotiate, you should be prepare to leave.
Personally I would do the following: 1) go see your supervisor or manager first, and ask, “hi, do you have some time to talk in private?” 2) then you would like to start like this, “I got a job offer, but I really like working here, and I am wondering if there is anything the company can do about the salary.”
Once you start this conversation, you have to be prepare of how much of raise would you be willing to stay. Also, you may be require to do more work and bear more responsibility, after all nothing is free.
In the end, if the salary they offer you is no where near the range you are looking for, simply tell them, “the salary really wouldn’t work out for me, I’m sorry”

已经拿到official offerletter 了,新公司很有诚意。 但旧公司小老板一起干了三年心中有些不舍。谢谢您的意见,我写邮件跟他说,我怕我紧张就说错话

不客气,这种事亲自说比较好。如果是letter的话,基本上就是无法协商的感觉,就是要走了。亲自说拉近人与人的距离感,更加容易制造效果的。
