I see “DICOM” on the file path so I believe those are DICOM files. DICOM is a popular software among radiologists. You need to run the DICOM program/software to view the files. The CD itself “should” come with a DICOM program/viewer. If you don’t know how to run it, consider calling the radiologist. Or you can try download/install a free DICOM viewer called MicroDicom. It’s best to run the program that came with the CD. I’ve seen issues on DICOM having different issues on different windows 10 PC’s. Some issues can be fixed by enabling “NTFS long path”... Good Luck!

那你在你会计电脑上打开的时候看看是用什么软件打开的，装一个同样的软件试试，或者直接截图另存，非IT专业人士的话或许这样的笨办法能有点用。
