Internship: Research Assistant Length: 3-6 months Pay: up to $15/hour * They’ll need to be happy doing primarily data input. There will be lots of other various tasks thrown in, but I want to be totally clear that if they don’t like data input it won’t be the right role for them! SUMMARY Extensive research responsibilities, including via LinkedIn and company websites. Placing job adverts created from client job specifications, conducting database searches. GENERAL 1. Delivers research assignments, either in relation to active projects, or an independent research projects. 2. Draws broad conclusions from research which can be used to inform the rest of the business on industry / company trends. 3. Supports the MD and Consultants. 4.Communications constructively with your manager any positive ideas for the business or concerns / areas you believe can be improved. SYSTEMS USAGE 1. Updates database constantly including every conversation / outcome / availability / telephone call / visit notes. 2. Uses the system for thorough searching for each new role taken on. 3. Ensures that all candidates are full coded within 3 working days of having been put on the system. 4. Ensures that all contacts / new companies, potential head hunters etc (client or candidate) go immediately onto the system with relevant coding. 5.
