IT Systems Engineer Certifications - MCSP, CLA, CCNA，ITTL Foundation or equivalent experience Required Skill Set:Workstation Management o Ability to develop and deploy workstation images utilizing common tools such as Ghost, MDT, & SCCM o Desktop operating system and application troubleshooting o Mac OS management and deployment Server/Storage Management o Ability to install network operating systems and perform more complex upgrades o Advanced troubleshooting of operating systems o Advanced network/local printing such as shared faxing and shared scanning o Advanced network administration such as directory and domain troubleshooting o Management of group policies o Cluster Hardware configurations o Virtual server administration (Hyper-V/VM Ware) o General NAS/SAN administration o Implementation of patch processes for servers using bundled solutions such as SUS, WUS and SCCM o Maintain network backup solutions o Integration of MAC OS and Active Directory o Familiarity with Google Apps Networking o Maintain managed/configurable switches not requiring routing, trouncing, or multiple manufacturer switch operation o Troubleshooting basic switched and routed environments o Layer 2 switch configurations including VLAN, Trunking, Channeling. o Basic router configurations using static routing, (no routing protocols or QoS) o Basic ACL's knowledge o Manage router and switch image upgrades o Maintain basic internet and site-to-site connectivity Design and Project Documenting o Basic Infrastructure design including IP addressing and Subnetting. o Server Centric diagramming and documentation o General Network Diagramming and documentation o Helpdesk reporting and ticket management Job Requirements: Previous experience preferred. Bachelor of Science Degree preferred but not required. Able to speak Chinese fluently required
