Location: City of Industry
Hours: Mon - Fri 9 am to 1:00 pm
Typical job responsibilities include: *Answering client or customer questions about properly using or accessing a package or service. *Assisting customer with their complaints and working to resolve their issues. *Communicating with customers through various channels including emails and phones.Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. *Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints, report directly to KA Team.
We need you to: *Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. *Respond promptly to customer inquiries. *Communicate and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. *Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Qualification: *Bachelor’s degree or in the process of pursuing a Bachelor degree *Well-developed verbal and written communication skills *Good organizational skills, general knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs and be effective multi-task
