Essential Functions
Track and file preliminary notices from customers and vendors Keep concrete information updated Associate with account management functions Discuss incomplete information with supervisor Check completed work for accuracy and make any required changes immediately Check source documents against entered data to ensure data integrity at every stage Assist in developing and maintaining improved records within the database system Other duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills desired: Bachelor's degree Microsoft office applications WeChat Mobile App Google Suites
Previous customer service experience is a plus
