What’s the role: This position will be an assistto our HR department and recruiting specialist. The person who successfully fillsthis role will be the first impression to many candidates and will also provide support forgeneral day to day HR operations. What you bring to the table: ● Assigned with job openingsfrom hiring manager or HR manager, and assist with recruiters developing variousway to source candidates. ● Maintain recruiting channelsincluding recruiting platform (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.), campus careerfair and headhunting agencies. ● Conduct resume screening,phone interviews, and candidate assessment.
● Assist with variousactivities of the recruiting process, including: candidate engagement andscheduling, offer letter preparation, new hire processing, new hire onboarding, andrequisition tracking. ● Assist in the scheduling anddelivery of employee orientation training and onboarding plans. ● Participate in building theperformance management system and talent development program. ● Cooperate in training needsanalysis and result assessment.
Who will be the best fit: ● Must have proficiency in MSOffice Suite and Google Drive ● Must be pursuing a HumanResources, Organizational Development or business related degree ● full-time ● Good communication skills& professionalism ● Strong organizational andtime management skills ● Shows flexibility when beingtasked ● Can maintain productivitywhile performing repetitive tasks ● Ability to learn frommistakes and take constructive criticism ● Ability to work well within adynamic and collaborative team environment ● Ability to maintain aprofessional and positive demeanor in times of stress ● Strong writing andpresentation skills ● Ability to preserveconfidentiality and discretion with employee and company Information
