因为画面和文字放在同一张图里，所以画面是电视新闻里的是真的，文字就能当真了吗？
电视里能说出 “a American citizen”？
绝对假的，第二条简直就是造谣者傻的要命。特地来美生孩子那种太恶习了，应该该宪法，但是在美国工作或者念书的，顺带生孩子的可以给予美国籍
