手机死机开不了机

有谁知道att上买的苹果合约机… 是个bug货 是该去苹果退换 还是att？ 上周拿到的 由于膜和壳没到所以就没用，今天壳子到了才开机激活。然后显示要更新系统 我就更了 但是一直处于加载状态两个小时了 我估计是死机了 就强制关机 也关不了 关了几次才关了，然后想重新开机 开不了了！！！？ 该去哪个店换 att网站买的苹果合约机 该去苹果还是att呢？

不客气。。。。不过这个是最新的苹果？？刚买就有问题也是神奇了。。我以前买过10。。不好用，我就换了8plus
