The Apartment: We have a 3-bedroom apartment under the Bay Bridge. 5-min walk to financial district, close to Oracle park and Muni station and walkable distance to BART. We have two bathrooms, a large living/dining room, a good-sized kitchen and the apartment is very quiet. Our apartment complex amenities include: pools, saunas, hot tubs, gyms, rooftop hangouts and laundry units only one floor above us. Street parking is bountiful, and for an additional fee (about $200 a month) you can rent a parking space in a private garage just below!
The Room: The room comes with a large walk-in closet. You can comfortably fit a queen size bed, a dresser and a desk in it.
Availibility: November 1st (We could arrange for a few days earlier if needed)
Price: $1,560/mo for rent, $1,000 deposit plus $200 to take over the lease. Utilities run about $100/mo per person- all inclusive.
