As an Intern in Business Development, you will work with and learn from Business Development Directors to help drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound lead flow and learn about the sales process from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious! We’re looking for a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
What will you do? Assist Business Development Directors with driving their business growth through outreach to inbound and outbound leads with a focus drafting and sending emails. Conduct initial lead qualification by researching and finding the best way to connect Develop an understanding of the sales process and technique. Manage inbound lead flow and be the first point of contact on all outbound leads Document and track all activities using Salesforce.com in a timely manner Other duties as needed Who are you? This might be your first “real” job or maybe you have 1-2 years of inside sales experience or other experience You want to be known for your work ethic and attention to detail You are super positive and passionate about achieving goals....and everything else.
