As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll help hunt down the most popular local restaurants, seek to understand their business, and use your negotiation skills to convince them why they need to join us in our mission to change the landscape of the food industry. A successful candidate will be given duties which include: Undertake the company’s comprehensive expansion goal of your local market under the jurisdiction of the company; Organize the implementation of the marketing promotion plan, and complete the regional transaction target and profit target; Develop regional market strategies and implement them according to the headquarters tasks; Identify problems from transaction data and continue to optimize strategies and plans; Assist the headquarters to formulate policies for the national wide marketing team; Visit local hostilities and restaurants and develop business partnerships; Maintain and update partners' information, create business growth for both company and partners.
Requirements A Bachelor Degree or higher Relevant vendor certification may also be useful Excellent negotiation skills, cooperate with the team to promote business cooperation, and be able to complete negotiations on their own Responsible, good at communication, excellent teamwork skills Team player but also capable of completing tasks independently Feel comfortable with high pressure and working in uncertainty Must be authorized to work in US legally. We accept CPT & OPT Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English
