I was a junior engineer in a new company doing hardware design ... and my partner is a senior engineer Ed a white dude from the military doing software design ... our project ran to some trouble and we were debugging it in the lab ... my boss boss came in and asked how’s the project going ... Ed said there’s a problem with my hardware design ... I was shocked So I don’t know what came over me ... I said Ed .. do you want to bet it’s not my hardware ... the entire room was quiet for like 30 seconds and Ed didn’t take up on the bet ... from that point ... my boss and my boss boss never doubt my work !!! So you need to show your hand ... in US society you got to be cocky !!!
但是, 既然你也說了是同事給你的資料, 嚴格來說, 你也會有部分的責任去檢查, 拿到資料後小心檢查一次也是一必要程序. 像樓上說的, 老闆護短那不是你能管的事, 做好自己的本份就好.
工作時要注意調整好自己的心態, 你不調整過來的話, 你下一份工作也會遇到相同的問題. Bless.
楼主不要太情绪化，如果你想要更有建设性就跟老板建议更好的control process来减少个人错误带来的损失，想要摘清自己就尽量多跟老板沟通你的status，单纯委屈“恶人”没有得到“惩罚”有点幼稚了
谢谢您的留言，我觉得自己真的很幼稚，我不知道面对他一次又一次的给我他也知道是错的东西，怎样才能做到每天背靠背的坐着正常交流和工作，可是我现在真的不想跟他讲话怎么办呢。
拿出石锤让你同事改，对事不对人，工作要客观。
你同事人品怎样老板心里有数，如果你指望他劈头盖脸骂你同事的话，这种老板不要也罢。

嗯，老板是韩国人，工作人员来自好几个不同的国家，老板对我还不错，就是同事太坑了。
嗯嗯，就是现在对我来说真的挺难的，我自己也有问题，太情绪化了
如果不跳槽的前提，你只能提高找错的能力，起码他给你的时候你第一时间就能告诉他你这几个地方是错了，问他能不能纠正，如果他不能，你就跟老板提一下；你要是大度不跟老板提也可以；反正从你手上出去的东西是正确的就可以，回马枪波及不到你就行；再一点：任何工作的矛盾第一时间指出以后，就不必再去多想，学会迅速翻篇，因为这样类似车轱辘的矛盾一定会反复出现，没必要纠结～ 学会让它过去～
