我开户的时候没注意…加上柜员也没提醒我…我过了一周多才把钱转进来的…也没做其他操作waive monthly fee…所以周五statement出来被收了5刀手续费- -我今天才发现…
我是掐着刚好25k存的…所以昨天bal不到25k…

到底怎么定义这个last enrollment date呀 我是2017 年2月开了当时的checking和saving 我是assume enrollment就是开户的那一天？
一般银行添加external acct的常规处理方式是：你向A银行提交了B银行的acct信息后，A银行会自动向这个B银行acct发送两笔小于1$的试验存款，两三天后会到账（美国效率）。你到B银行acct查到这两笔存款后，再到A银行打开添加external acct的条目，会要求你输入这两笔存款数额，验证无误就是添加成功了。说起来麻烦，做起来很简单的。
我理解也是上次开户时间。

你先把9K转入Saving 然后去柜台把6K取现 过几天去ATM 存到Saving就可以了
