有的邮局或者ups可以公证。也可以找私人的公证员，你可以在网上查一下。
需要写信的人去吗？还是自己去银行公正就行。
公证是证明签字的是本人, 当然是写信/签字的人要去办理的. 信件不能预选签字, 要在公证员面前宣誓才签字.

需要的，如果不公正就没有意义了，让谁写都可以了。 所以需要最好公民身份的两个人，美国护照复印件，然后把写的信拿去地保公证（如果你在china town 也就两三块钱）
可是朋友是绿卡，不是公民啊！这个可以吗？另外我在外州，我直接拿去银行做公证可以吗？
绿卡应该也可以，只不过公民最好，这些东西都是辅助资料有最好，没有也不会怎么样。银行能不能公证我不太懂，不好意思，不能给你意见
什么地方规定要公民? 有驾照/ID的人都可以, USCIS 是看内容是否可信. 公证是证明签字是本人, 银行当然可以. 要写宣誓词的本人去.

不会的，会用的，即使公证了也不会作为证据，只是佐证。不用纠结
请麻烦问一下去银行直接跟工作人员说要notarization吗？
