As an Operations Manager Assistant you will beresponsible to: · Answering phone calls,transferring calls to appropriate parties, and taking messages. · Providing shippingquotes to sales representatives, inputting customers’ information and othernecessary data entry to assist sales. · Releasing sales ordersto warehouse, coordinating freight/parcel/local deliveries. · Assisting accountingdepartment with invoicing. · Maintaining dailywarehouse documentations, monitoring inventory level and assisting re-orderprocess.
