Job Summary GLL USA has an opening position for an OperationsManager Assistant inFarmingdale, NY. As an Operations Manager Assistant you will beresponsible to: ·      Answering phone calls,transferring calls to appropriate parties, and taking messages. ·      Providing shippingquotes to sales representatives, inputting customers’ information and othernecessary data entry to assist sales. ·      Releasing sales ordersto warehouse, coordinating freight/parcel/local deliveries. ·      Assisting accountingdepartment with invoicing. ·      Maintaining dailywarehouse documentations, monitoring inventory level and assisting re-orderprocess. Minimum Qualifications: ·      Strong written andverbal communication skills are a must. ·      Microsoft Officesoftware knowledge. ·      Ability to work withinscheduled time frame. ·      Must be strong inattention to details, organizational skills, and time management. ·      Must be able tomultitask in and out of office, and work independently or with a team. ·      Domestic logisticssolutions (LTL/Parcel) relevant experience a plus. ·      Mandarin/Cantonese &English Job Type: Full-time
