Promoted and raise based on performance. We world directly with Plante Moran Accounting firm. RESPONSIBILITIES: Payroll and payroll tax related for multi-stores. Accounts payable. Tax related preparation and online payments Prepares and manages the financial statements including bank reconciliations, month, quarter, and year-end reporting. Oversee the book submitted by each store managers. Critical thinking and ability to generate accurate and useful reports. Capable of translating data into action. Protects organization by implementing and enforcing internal controls toensure that company objectives are met. Works with managers and owners to develop short and long-range business plans for the company. Identify, recommend, and drive opportunities for efficiency. Controller /Full Charge Accountant Strong organization skills CPA Required. MBA or Supply Chain Management is a plus. Solid experience focusing on administrative and operational 3+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience 2+ years experience in AP 2+ years experience in Account Payable 2+ years experience in payroll Experience working in a retail industry. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (MS-Excel) Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Can produce quality work in a fast-paced environment.
