Federal Contractor with FAR E-Verify Clause: Select this category if your organization contracts with the U.S. federalgovernment and your organization HAS been awarded a contract that contains the FAR E-Verify clause. Also select this category if your organization is a subcontractor on any contract that contains the FAR E-Verify clause. 2. Federal Contractor without FAR E-Verify Clause: Select this category if your organization contracts with the U.S. federalgovernment, but HAS NOT been awarded a contract that contains the FAR E-Verify clause. Also select this category if your organization is a subcontractor on contracts in which none of the contracts contains the FAR E-Verify clause. 3. Federal Government: Select this category if your organization is part of the U.S. federal government. Common federal organizations include federal agencies, U.S. government-owned corporations and Congress. 4. State Government: Select this category if your organization is part of a U.S. state or territorial government. Common state organizations include state agencies, state-owned enterprises and state legislatures. If your organization is part of a state or territorial government that is required to use E-Verify because it has a federal contract that contains the FAR E-Verify clause, select ‘Federal Contractor with FAR E-Verify Clause’. 5. Local Government: Select this category if your organization is part of a U.S. local government. Common local governments include counties and local municipalities, such as cities, towns and villages. Airport Operators: Select this category if you are an Airport Operator that oversees an airport that serves an aircraft operator or a foreign air carrier and is required by TSA to have a security program. Airport Operators use E-Verify to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of applicants to help determine eligibility for unescorted access to a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) of an airport. If you select Airport Operators, your enrollment information will be verified with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
