据说budgeting一年一次，forecasting周期比较短。而且forecasting不用做variance analysis against actual。budgeting的东西我没碰过，但是现在公司会做forecast vs actual。 budgeting有financial position和cash flows，forecasting没有。所以是不是budgeting比forecasting要详细？但是结果应该是差不多的吧？谢谢
