f1 non resident alien 2017股票没有报税怎么办，2017 总体是亏钱的，没有赚到钱，但是年底账户里面有本钱，当初报税不知道老公看的什么表格说不用报税，结果今天看大家都说要

Resubmit since it is a loss , u can carryover the loss to next year and offset the future gain.
