Tier 2 officers all have different answers when you call..last week one said my assigned officer has until May 12 to give me a response, call today the officer sqid..there is no such thing. One said they didnt received my evidence to expedite..one big pot cooking with different stew. Now she said ead are taking anywhere from 5 months to 8 months and dont go by what the site is saying..its just to give ppl hope.
Began expediting case 28 March, got rfe on 5 April. Sent them same day..3 weeks later they said they didnt recieve it. I fax it again..now last week I got the may 12 story and now today..she said no such thing.
